Annual Report and Accounts

We are a not-for-profit organisation registered with Companies House as well as with the Department for Education.  Each year we submit our audited accounts to both the Department for Education and to Companies House.


We also provide recent year's reports below. The accounts are audited after the close of each academic year: Once the audit is complete the annual report and accounts are submitted to the Department for Education followed by an additional Annual Accounts Return, and also submitted to Companies House. Once we have submitted our audited accounts to these regulatory bodies, we share them publicly on our website. 


Executive Pay

All Academy Trusts must publish the number of employees who have a gross annual salary and benefits of £100,000 or more. We also publish information about executive pay in our Annual Report and Accounts. 


High Earners

Below are the numbers of staff receiving more than £100,000 in benefits during last year (ending on 31 August). For the purpose of this report, benefits includes salary as well as employers' pension contributions, other taxable benefits and any termination payments. The Department of Education instructs Academy Trusts to report this information as we set it out below, in £10,000 bandings.
